Welcome to the Zombie Command Center. We have created our own tracking software for the popular Humans vs Zombies role play game. You can read more about the software here.
October 12th, 2011 Update:
Job hours have been extended, so coding is still slow. Trust me, I'm trying to work on it.
I have a few more features I need to code before I release version 0.8. Below is a sampling of some of those features:
New Registration Page - The current one confuses users because it isn't easy to read or follow.
Updated Registration Processor - Partly due to changes listed in the item above, but also because it also isn't friendly when it spits out error messages.
Player Dashboard - A new concept I've added but needs to be prettyified and provide relevent data.
Player account deletion by game admins - Apparently I never coded a way for admins to delete a user account.
Translatable language framework - This would allow software users in other countries to translate the software for use in their language. I got the very start of this framework going, but its not on all the pages just yet.
System Action Log - An in-depth log of software events that have occurred on the system.
Plugin Framework - Probably won't show up until version 0.9 at the earliest, though some of the built-in systems for the software do reside in the plugins folder.
I won't give an estimate as to when I'll have version 0.8 released just yet. I was hoping to have it released by the end of August and that didn't quite work out. Check the Twitter feed for more frequent updates and notices of software update commits.
We've pushed out version 0.7 to the hosted platform. Lots of updates, fixes, and cleanups.
This update also changes the hashing algorithm for passwords, so any old admin passwords will no longer work. This will not affect players as once the game system is reset, all new accounts will use the new algorithm.
